This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling appointments booked through Parvat Veda (.) platform for consultations with श्री साहब वैद्य जी.
यह रद्दीकरण नीति . प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से बुक की गई अपॉइंटमेंट को रद्द करने के नियम और शर्तों को रेखांकित करती है।
2. रद्दीकरण समय सीमा (Cancellation Timeline)
Cancellation Charges (रद्दीकरण शुल्क):
- 24+ hours before: 100% refund (पूर्ण धनवापसी)
- 12–24 hours before: 50% refund (50% धनवापसी)
- Less than 12 hours: No refund (कोई धनवापसी नहीं)
- No-show: No refund (कोई धनवापसी नहीं)
3. अपॉइंटमेंट कैसे रद्द करें (How to Cancel)
3.1 Through Platform (प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से)
- Log in to your Parvat Veda account
- Go to "My Appointments" section
- Select the appointment you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Appointment" button
- Confirm cancellation
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email
3.2 By Phone/Email (फोन/ईमेल द्वारा)
You can also cancel by contacting us:

- Provide your appointment ID and registered mobile number
4. पुनर्निर्धारण (Rescheduling)
4.1 Patient Initiated (रोगी द्वारा शुरू किया गया)
You can reschedule your appointment instead of cancelling:
- Free rescheduling if done 24+ hours before
- One free reschedule per booking
- Subject to doctor availability
- We will notify you at least 12 hours in advance
- You can choose a new date/time or request full refund
- Priority booking for the next available slot
- No cancellation charges will apply
4.2 Doctor/Center Initiated (डॉक्टर/केंद्र द्वारा शुरू किया गया)
If we need to reschedule your appointment:
- We will notify you at least 12 hours in advance
- You can choose a new date/time or request full refund
- Priority booking for the next available slot
- No cancellation charges will apply
5. आपातकालीन रद्दीकरण (Emergency Cancellations)
In case of genuine emergencies (medical emergency, natural disaster, etc.):
- Contact us immediately at +91 99420 00232
- Explain the emergency situation
- Provide supporting documentation if possible
- We will review on a case-by-case basis
- Refund/rescheduling may be granted at our discretion
6. नो-शो नीति (No-Show Policy)
⚠️ Important: No-Show Consequences
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior cancellation:
- No refund will be issued (कोई धनवापसी नहीं)
- Appointment will be marked as "No-Show"
- Multiple no-shows may result in booking restrictions
- May affect future appointment priority
7. देर से आना (Late Arrivals)
If you arrive late for your appointment:
- Up to 15 minutes late: Appointment will proceed if doctor is available
- 15-30 minutes late: Appointment may be shortened or rescheduled
- More than 30 minutes late: Treated as no-show, no refund

8. मौसम/प्राकृतिक आपदा (Weather/Natural Disasters)
In case of severe weather conditions or natural disasters:
- Medical centers may close for safety reasons
- You will be notified via SMS/email
- Full refund or free rescheduling will be offered
- No cancellation charges will apply
9. बल्क/समूह अपॉइंटमेंट (Bulk/Group Appointments)
For multiple appointments booked together:
- Each appointment can be cancelled individually
- Same cancellation policy applies to each appointment
- Partial cancellations are allowed
- Refunds will be processed separately for each cancelled appointment
10. धनवापसी प्रक्रिया (Refund Process)
For eligible cancellations:
- Refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days of cancellation
- Amount will be credited to original payment method
- Bank processing may take 5-7 additional business days
- You will receive refund confirmation via email

11. निःशुल्क परामर्श (Free Consultations)
For appointments where consultation fee was waived:
- Cancellation is allowed without any charges
- Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance
- Repeated no-shows may affect future free consultation eligibility
12. नीति में परिवर्तन (Policy Changes)
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
